That is the gap Apartment Agenda exists to fill. Our primary audience is onsite and regional: community managers, assistant managers, leasing consultants, regional managers, maintenance supervisors and technicians, marketing and compliance professionals, operations leaders and the people who build and sell the technology those teams use every day.

Executives and owners are welcome here. They are simply not the people we write for first. When a story about portfolio strategy would land differently for a manager who has to execute it on Monday, we write the second story.

What we publish

Six sections: news, PropTech and AI, market data, operations, life on site, and careers. Some of it is reported. Some of it is practical. Some of it is the kind of story you forward to the group chat at 4:59pm on a Friday. All of it is meant to be worth the ten minutes.

How we work

Our editorial team uses AI-assisted research and drafting to cover more ground than a small newsroom otherwise could. Every AI-assisted story carries a disclosure, a verification record and a list of sources. High-risk material — breaking news, legal disputes, regulatory changes, allegations against named companies or people — is held for explicit human approval and never publishes on a timer.

We do not invent quotes, interviews, statistics, product testing results or personal experiences. If we have not tested a product, we call the piece a product overview rather than a hands-on review.
